We will closed from Tuesday 19th until January 6th. Any items ordered after this point will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.
For any returns or requests before January 6th, please hold tight, we will get back to you and deal with your request on January 6th.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each order will be well packaged, and sealed in a grey shipping bag to ensure it's safety in getting to you.
Returns and Refunds
We offer full refunds or exchanges on all items, up to 30 days after the original purchase, as long as the item is returned in the same condition. Before returning your item, please get in contact at email@example.com. You can then send your item to us at Bronco Bill's, Loxley Cottage, Talbot Road, Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, Kent, TN18 4LX.
If you would like to request another size of an item, then please get in touch and we will be happy to send a replacement for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days of approval.
